Urology Physician - Locum Tenens Opportunity

A respected healthcare facility in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment beginning in November 2026. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinic, procedures, inpatient consults, rounding, and call coverage within a collaborative practice environment.

Opportunity Details:
Start Date: November 2026
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Needed: 1-2 weeks per month

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM clinic and procedures
Weeknight call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Weekend call and callback coverage
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Scope of Work
General Urology clinic coverage
Urologic procedures
Inpatient consultations
Hospital rounding
Call and callback coverage

Requirements:
Board Certified in Urology
Active North Dakota medical license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable managing a broad range of general urology cases
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 45-120 days
Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
