Opportunity:
Physician Assistant (PA) - Urology

Job Details:
• Provide direct urologic care in a primarily outpatient setting
• Evaluate and manage new and established urology patients with 15-20 patients per day
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits
• Assist with patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans
• Support physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation
• Conduct occasional inpatient hospital rounding with no call responsibilities
• Document patient encounters using Cerner/Oracle Health EMR
• Utilize AI-assisted clinical documentation tools
• Participate in continuous learning within a fast-paced urology environment
• Must be Board Certified (NCCPA) with Ohio license or willing to obtain
• Urology or gynecology experience required (new graduates not accepted)
• DEA license must be obtained prior to start
• Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek with no call schedule
• No weekend coverage required
• Access to advanced surgical services including da Vinci robotic surgery
• Visa candidates not accepted
