Position Details:

Patient Population: Clinic and hospital patients
Setting: Hospital and physician clinic
Responsibilities: Attending to clinic patients, providing on-call coverage for hospital emergencies and admissions, and performing scheduled surgeries
Required Procedures: Circumcision/Dorsal S, Orchiopexy, Cystoscopy, Cysto Stent Placement, Cysto with Botox, Bladder Biopsy, Urolift, Hydrocelectomy, Laser Lithotripsy, Prostate Biopsy, Sacral Neuromodulation, Stone Extraction, TURBT, TURP, Ureteroscopy, Ureteroscopy with Laser, and other procedures listed below
EMR System: Meditech and eClinicalWorks
Support Staff: Clinic MA, perioperative nurses, and RN in clinic
Days Per Month: 1–2 weeks per month, Monday–Friday
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call Monday–Thursday; Friday no call; weekend requirements not specified

Competitive call and callback compensation, with up to $5,600 for 24-hour call and up to $525/hour for callback
Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: Surgery 7:00 AM–2:00 PM; Clinic 3:00 PM–5:00 PM; 24-hour call
Friday: Clinic 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no call

Average Callback: 8.1 hours
FTE: 1.0
Daily Clinic Requirement: Minimum 17 patients per day and ability to fill surgery slots
Robotics: Not required
Trauma Level: IV
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Submission Requirements:
Board Certified — Highly Preferred
Board Eligible accepted if recently out of residency and expected to obtain Board Certification within 12 months
Oregon license — Required; OR license highly preferred, but candidate may obtain during credentialing
Urology residency — Required
BLS — Required
DEA — Required
Clean malpractice — Highly Preferred
Availability at time of name clear — Highly Preferred
