Urologist needed in Salem, Oregon

Job description

Top Highlights:
- Long-Term Opportunity: Coverage anticipated through September 2027
- Excellent Schedule: Monday–Friday with no call, weekends, or after-hours coverage
- Full-Scope Urology: Combination of clinic, procedures, OR cases, consults, and postoperative care
Opportunity Details:
- Start Date: ASAP, with January anticipated based on credentialing
- Long-term coverage through approximately September 2027
- Full-time coverage preferred
- Will consider providers who can commit to 2-week blocks
- Monday–Friday
- Anticipated schedule of 3–4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
- Clinic Hours: Approximately 8am–5pm
- OR Hours: Approximately 7:30am–5:30pm
- No call
- No weekends
- Approximately 30–35 outpatient patients per day
- Provider will see consults, perform in-office procedures, manage postoperative patients, and provide OR coverage
- Robotic surgery proficiency preferred
Procedures May Include:
- Cystoscopy and ureteroscopy
- Nephrectomy
- Ureteral stent placement
- Lithotripsy
- TURP and TURBT
- Prostate needle biopsy
- Sacral neuromodulation
- Vasectomy
- Orchiopexy
- Suprapubic catheter placement
- Scrotal procedures
- Additional general Urology procedures
Requirements:
- Oregon medical license required
- Broad General Urology experience
- Ability to provide both clinic and surgical coverage
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
