• Clinic: Office-based urology practice
• Call Coverage:
o Weekend call 1 weekend per month (Friday–Sunday)
o Additional weekday call details to be determined

• Patients per Day: 25–30
• Patient Mix: Combination of new and established patients
• Department:
o 2 Urologists currently on staff
o Supported by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• EMR: Epic
