Job Title: Urology Physician – Locum Tenens
Location: Lewisburg, PA
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule:
Weekend 24‑hour call coverage
Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
(Alternative option: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)
On-Call Requirements: 24‑hour on‑call (weekends only)
Board Certification Required: Yes – Urology (BC/BE)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Community / Float Pool)
Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: None while on call (call‑only position)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days (temporary privileges available with clean license)
Procedures Include:
General urology coverage
Inpatient consults
ER urology consults
Weekend-only call coverage
No IR coverage; trauma cases typically transferred to tertiary centers
