Shift Details: 24 hour call
Schedule: Friday 0700 to Monday 0700; alternatively, would consider Friday 1700 to Monday 0700
Work Details:
• Support staff: none—on call only position
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2 weekends; holidays a must
• Patients per day: no clinic; inpatient and ER call
• Patient population/age: no pediatric
• Department description: General Urology, no IR department at hospital, traumas are generally sent to neighboring tertiary care facilities
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital bed size: 132
• Skills required: general urology

Practice Setting: 2 physicians and a PA on staff; community hospital;

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
• License required: Pennsylvania
• DEA: yes
• Minimum experience required: 5 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
