📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Length of Assignment: Ongoing coverage (full-time blocks available)
🔹 Schedule: 24-hour call coverage with weekday clinical support (8:00am–5:00pm)
🔹 Coverage Blocks: June 1–12; June 22–26; July 1–6; July 6–10; July 13–20; July 27–31; August 3–10; August 17–21; August 24–28; August 31–September 7
🔹 Call Requirements: 24-hour beeper call
🔹 Callback: Approximately 2–6 hours per day
🔹 Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Level I Trauma)
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days (temporary privileges available with clean file)
🔹 Travel & Lodging: Fully covered

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Support Staff: 4 MAs, 1 CSA, 1 RN; supervision of APPs required
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital + Surgery Center
🔹 Case Mix: Vasectomy, vasectomy reversal (preferred), cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, penile plication, penile implants (rare), lithotripsy, circumcision (rare), orchiopexy; mix of office-based procedures and OR cases
🔹 Equipment: Cystoscopes, towers, injection capabilities available. Robotics available.

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Urology
🔹 Active Pennsylvania license preferred (or willingness to obtain via standard licensing process or IMLC expedited pathway- licensing assistance is available!)
🔹 DEA required
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience required
