📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Length of Assignment: Ongoing
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (mix of clinic, OR, and daytime call)
🔹 Call Requirements: Daytime call only (no nights or weekends)
🔹 Coverage Dates: May 11–15 (daytime call), May 26–29, June 1–5 (daytime call), June 8–12, June 29–July 2, July 6–10 (2 providers), August 3–7, August 17–21 (2 providers), August 31–September 4, September 8–11, September 14–18 (2 providers), September 21–25 (2 providers), September 28–October 2
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital, clinic, and ambulatory surgery center
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Less than 90 days (temporary privileges available with clean file)
🔹 Travel & Lodging: Fully covered

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Patient Population: Adults only (no pediatrics)
🔹 Support Staff: 3 MAs, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
🔹 Clinical Scope: General urology care across clinic, procedures, OR, and daytime hospital rounding/call

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Urology
🔹 Active Pennsylvania license required (or willingness to obtain via standard licensing process or IMLC expedited pathway- licensing assistance is available!)
🔹 DEA (Pennsylvania) required
