SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Urology physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in York, Pennsylvania. This role offers 24‑hour hospital and surgical coverage at a Level I Trauma Center with EPIC EMR and ongoing scheduling.
Position Details-
Start: Anticipated May 15, 2026
Schedule: 24‑hour coverage (7:00a–7:00a)
Coverage Blocks:
May 15–18
June 1–12; June 22–26
July 1–6; July 6–10; July 13–20; July 27–31
August 3–10; August 17–21; August 24–28
Aug 31 – Sept 7
Average Callback: 2–6 hours per day
Facility: Level I Trauma Center
EMR: EPIC
Census: Adult urology (emergency torsion only for pediatrics)
Technology: Robotic surgery; cystoscope, towers, injections
Clinic Support-
4 Medical Assistants
1 CSA
1 RN
Requirements-
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (in hand)
DEA in hand
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
CV in MM/YYYY format with all 30+ day gaps explained
