Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Schedule (8:00am – 5:00pm) + No Call
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details: We mix cysto/stent procedures with office visits usually around 24-28 patients could be less unless there is an urgent need should not be more.
License: Active PA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified, DEA Required, Minimum 1 Year of Experience Required
Required Procedures: Vasectomy, Vasectomy Reversal, Cystoscopy, Prostate Procedures, Ureteroscopy, Penile Implants (Rare), Lithotripsy, Circumcision (OB Manages, Rare), Orchiopexy
Credentialing: 90 Days
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
