Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details: Patients per day: 40-70 (No Peds)
License: Active PA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified, DEA Required, Minimum 3 Years of Experience Required
Required Procedures: Ureteroscopies
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
