This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility offering comprehensive urological services to the community. The urology department features a robust support team including 2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Opportunity:
Physician - Urology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive urology coverage with call responsibilities
• Handle 15-20 patient encounters per shift with approximately 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient volume
• Round on approximately 2-4 inpatients during coverage
• Adult urology services required with pediatric and neonate experience preferred
• Perform ureteroscopy and TRUS biopsies (required skills)
• Handle incontinence procedures as required
• Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries preferred
• Experience with robotic surgery including partial nephrectomies preferred
• Perform various urological procedures including radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy preferred
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy capabilities preferred
• ESWL, penile prosthesis, and fertility work-up experience preferred
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Pennsylvania medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Preference given to current PA license holders
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days
• Facility arranges lodging accommodations

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
