• Contract Length: Ongoing, as needed
• Schedule: 24-hour on-call coverage
• Shift Structure: 5 shifts per assignment, each 24 hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Scheduling Style: Standard scheduling with advance coordination
