Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm); No Nights or Weekends
Practice Setting: Mix of Clinic and Daytime Hospital
Assignment Details: General Urology with Ureteroscopies; Patient volume: 40–70/day; Adult patients only (no peds)
License: Active PA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified in Urology; DEA Required; Minimum 3 Years of Experience Preferred; New Grads Accepted
Credentialing: Temporary privileges available with clean file
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
