Urology MD needed in Pennsylvania

Specialty: Urology
Shift Details: 24-hour coverage (hospital/surgery)
Schedule: 1 WEEK per month minimum
Work Details: will see patients in Chambersburg, but will take phone calls from Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center as needed.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: PRN
Patient Population/Age: all urologic patients
EMR: EPIC
Skills Required: urology
Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in urology
· License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
· DEA: yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• 24 hour on call
• PA license or IMLC LOQ
