Position Overview
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Urology Physician (MD/DO) to provide locum coverage in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinic, surgery, and call with team-based support (not solo) and expedited credentialing.

Location - Hermitage, Pennsylvania

Work Environment & Schedule -
Coverage includes clinic, surgery, and call (team-supported)
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Call volume: typically, 0–4 calls per night
Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per clinic day
Schedule: Part-time availability
Duration: approximately 5 months (ongoing potential)
EMR: EPIC / Cerner

Compensation & Benefits -
Compensation varies based on availability, experience, and assignment needs
Typical structures may include flat hourly (400+) or 24-hour call rates in the $3K–$4K+ range
Gratis call may apply (up to 4 hours), with additional call-back compensation
Rates are negotiable based on experience and clean malpractice history
Malpractice insurance provided
Travel and lodging assistance available

Additional Requirements -
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania state license (in-hand)
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of training)
Minimum 3 years of experience
DEA required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPR
Current CV (MM/YYYY format with explanations for gaps >30 days)
