Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Openings: 1

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting: 
Inpatient and Clinic coverage at 3 facilities
New Castle PA - Surgery, clinic and call coverage
Hermitage PA - Clinic and call coverage
Farrell PA - Clinic and call coverage
Provider would only work at one location per day
Average 20-25 PPD in clinic
Average call volume 0-4 calls per night
Inpatient APP coverage Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:00p

Schedule:
24 hour coverage, Monday-Friday
Clinic hours 8:00a-4:00p
Average 5 shifts per month

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: EPIC, Cerner

Credentialing: 90 days

Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-year Urology experience or equivalent

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
