Urologist Needed in Lewisburg, PA | Weekend Hospital Call | No Clinic | Ongoing

Job description

This is an on-call-only locum opportunity for a general urologist at a 132-bed community hospital in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, covering inpatient and ER call with no clinic component. Coverage is 24-hour weekend call, running Friday 7:00a through Monday 7:00a (alternatively Friday 5:00p through Monday 7:00a), at roughly two weekends per month. Holidays are a must. Sample dates include October 9–12 and November 20–23, 2026, and the assignment is ongoing.

The physician provides general urology hospital call for inpatient and ER cases; there is no clinic and no pediatrics. The hospital has no interventional radiology department, and traumas are generally transferred to neighboring tertiary facilities. Documentation is in Epic. This is an on-call-only role with no dedicated support staff.

Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, hold an active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ in hand, and carry an active DEA. Expedited and temporary privileges are available for clean files.
