Available Dates:
• September 14 at 7:00 AM–September 21 at 7:00 AM — 24-hour call
• October 19 at 7:00 AM–October 26 at 7:00 AM — 24-hour call
• November 16 at 7:00 AM–November 23 at 7:00 AM — 24-hour call
• November 27 — Clinic, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• November 30 at 7:00 AM–December 7 at 7:00 AM — 24-hour call
• December 28 at 7:00 AM–January 1 at 7:00 AM — 24-hour call

Position Details:
• Clinic schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Mix of office visits and cystoscopy/stent procedures
• Approximately 24–28 patients per day
• Adult patient population; rare pediatric emergency cases may occur during call
• Robotic surgery available
• Supervision of new NPs/PAs required
• EMR: Epic
• Approximately 90-day credentialing; temporary privileges available with a clean file
• Two hours of gratis time included for 24-hour call

Requirements:
• BC or BE in Urology
• PA license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA required
• At least one year of experience

• September start
• PA license or IMLC
• Scheduled + On Call optional
