Schedule & Coverage:
Start: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Call: 24-hour call coverage also required
Coverage: Full weeks, ongoing
Practice Setting: Clinic & Hospital

Practice Details:
Adult patient population (18+), except emergency torsion cases that may present during call at York Hospital
Approximately 24–28 patients/day, with volume generally not exceeding 28 unless urgent needs arise
Mix of cystoscopy/stent procedures and office visits
EMR: Epic
Robotic surgery: Available
Operating Rooms: 16 total across York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery
New APPs will require physician supervision

Support Staff:
4 Medical Assistants
1 CSA
1 RN

Required/Core Procedures:
Vasectomy – Required
Cystoscopy – Required in OR
Prostate procedures – Required
Ureteroscopy – Required in OR
Penile plication
Lithotripsy – Required
Orchiopexy – Required
Vasectomy reversal – Preferred, not mandatory
Penile implants – Rare
Circumcision – OB manages pediatric cases; rare support may be needed while on call
