Job description

Highlights:
• One week per month coverage with weekend call
• Full travel covered including airfare, lodging, and rental car
• Long term assignment from July through December with option to extend

Urology Locums Opportunity – Rhode Island

Contract Length:
• July through December with option to extend

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday clinic coverage
• Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend call coverage from 5:00 PM Friday through 8:00 AM Monday
• Approximately one week/weekend per month needed

Practice Details:
• Outpatient practice with 3 partners
• Support staff includes PA, MA, and MS support
• Adult patient population only
• Average 20 to 25 patients per clinic day
• Inpatient rounding averages 4 to 10 patients between both hospitals
• General urology coverage including cancer cases
• No robotics required
• Average 8 to 10 surgeries per day/week depending on schedule
• EMR: Meditech inpatient / Athena outpatient

Hospital Information:
• Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital
• 110 bed hospital system
• 8 ORs at RWMC and 10 ORs at OLF

Requirements:
• Board Certified Urology
• Active Rhode Island medical license required
• Rhode Island DEA and CSR required
• BLS and ACLS required

Travel:
• Full travel covered by client including airfare, lodging, and rental car
