Urologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in eastern Texas

This inpatient facility holds a Level 2 trauma designation and provides full scope urological services within an on-site clinical environment. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR to support patient documentation and care coordination across all coverage periods. Established clinical protocols and administrative support systems are in place to facilitate effective urological care delivery.

Nearby destinations provide additional options, with water parks and river tubing accessible within the region. Clinicians on assignment will find culinary experiences, museums, and outdoor recreational activities available throughout the area.

About the clinician's workday

The urologist will provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for inpatient and full scope urological services, operating on a call schedule from 7:00 AM Monday through 7:00 AM Monday. A 30-minute response time is required for all call-related consultations and urgent urological interventions. The clinician will document all patient encounters and manage care coordination utilizing EPIC EMR. The position is on-site and requires continuous availability throughout each assigned coverage period.
