Avg credentialing 90 days but clean history can get expedited privileges

No clinic at this time. Ideally, we would like the candidate to do on call w/surgery+ scheduled surgery on their call days.

When the provider leaves a warm hand off will be given to the on call provider coming on. Overall it would look like 5-7 days of a call a month.  

Call coverage could be Mon-Sun.
