Full Time Urology Locum Provider

Job description

We are seeking a Urology Physician for an ongoing locum opportunity in Washington.

Position Details:
• Start ASAP – urgent/fast-track credentialing available
• Washington license required at time of presentation (No IMLC)
• Inpatient & outpatient coverage
• Hospital and clinic privileges required
• Average 18 patients per day
• 7 days of unrestricted call per month
• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities:
• Yearly refills
• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
• Kidney stones
• Male incontinence
• Cystoscopies
• Surgical assist
• Standard urology clinic and OR procedures

Practice Setting:
• Coverage at Medical Center and Urology Clinic (1 mile apart)
• Opportunity to work independently within an established urology program

Requirements:
• Active Washington license required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Recent clinical activity within the last 24 months required
• Must provide case logs with 100 procedures representative of requested privileges
