Assignment Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Coverage Type: Scheduled + Call
Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient (Medical Center and Urology Clinic ~1 mile apart)
Facility Details: 122-bed hospital; both hospital and clinic privileges required
Patient Population: Adult urology
Average Patients Per Day: ~18
Call Requirements: 7 days of unrestricted call per month, including 24-hour call shifts
Call Note: Includes 4 hours of gratis on each 24-hour call shift
EMR: Epic
Provider Type: MD/DO

Case Mix / Procedures:
Diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction
Kidney stones
Male incontinence
Cystoscopies
Surgical assist
Standard urology procedures in clinic and OR
Required procedures include:
Catheter placement
Stent placement
Cystoscopy
TURP
Ureteroscopy
Prostate biopsy
Circumcision
ESWL (shock wave lithotripsy)
Orchiopexy
TURBT
Hydrocelectomy
Spermatocelectomy
PVP
Litholapaxy

Requirements:
State License: Active Washington license required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (AHA or Red Cross)
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 2+ years required
Case Logs: Must provide documentation of at least 100 urology procedures in last 24 months (with dates, diagnoses/procedures, and facility)
