Urologist Needed in Richland, WA | 7 On/7 Off | Ongoing Coverage | Potential Perm Transition

Job description

Start: November 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing - potential transition to permanent
Coverage: Outpatient clinic with inpatient coverage; scheduled clinical hours plus call
Schedule: 7 on/7 off; Monday-Thursday, 7:00-19:00
Call: Included with scheduled clinical hours
Volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and inpatient, Level II trauma center

Seeking 1-2 consistent providers to maintain continuity of coverage, with potential transition to a permanent staff position if mutually agreeable. Full-scope general urology evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up. Must perform a wide range of urologic procedures, including ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy. Inpatient coverage and call. Timely documentation in Epic.

Requirements
- Board Certified, or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Fellowship preferred
- 150 urology surgical case logs required for privileging
- Washington license or IMLC required
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Credentialing timeline: approximately 90 days
