The urology department features a collaborative team environment consisting of physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, and medical assistant staff, providing comprehensive urological care to the community with both clinic and surgical services.

Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Full-time Urology position with start date of 06/08/2026, seeing up to 16 patients per shift
• 3 full clinic days per week with clinic hours from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Averaging 2 days per week of OR block time in addition to clinic responsibilities
• In-office procedure days (approximately 1/3 of clinic days) including cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing
• Call coverage averages 3-4 days per month with 24-hour call shifts (0700-0700); locum provider serves as the only Urology provider on call with APP back-up support
• Weekend and weekday availability required
• Must perform General Adult Urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Board certification required; ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Credentialing timeframe is 90-120 days; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges
