We are seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon for inpatient, call-only locum tenens coverage in South Carolina. This opportunity offers a manageable callback volume, hospitalist support for admissions, and temporary privileges.

Call and Patient Volume
Approximately three phone consultations per 24-hour period
Approximately 5–10 patients seen
Estimated callback rate: 10%
Average of five patients per shift
Rounding responsibilities included
No admissions required; hospitalists manage admissions
10 departmental beds

Requirements
Board certification in Vascular Surgery
Active South Carolina medical license
Current ACLS certification
Current National Practitioner Data Bank report
Full disclosure of any reportable or self-disclosed events
Candidates with malpractice history within the past 10 years cannot be considered
