Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hands-on experience performing Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Varithena, Venaseal, or other minimally invasive vein procedures?
We're seeking an experienced provider to join a rapidly expanding outpatient vein practice with 8 locations throughout the Phoenix Valley and 20,000+ successful procedures performed. Responsibilities
• Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Travel between Phoenix-area clinic locations as needed
Qualifications
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on vein procedure experience
• Experience performing RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient procedural practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
