Vascular Surgery APP Needed in Lebanon, PA (PRN)

Job description

Start Date: June
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with ongoing potential
Position Type: PRN

Schedule:
10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Dates Needed:
June 1–4
June 16–19
June 29 – July 2
July 13–16
July 27–30
August 10–13
August 24–27
September 7–10
September 21–24

Position Details:
Coverage needed approximately two weeks per month
Patient population ages 18 and older
Average 15 patients per day with 2 consults daily
Mix of clinic and hospital rounding and consults; clinic located within the hospital
No trauma cases

EMR: Epic

Clinical Scope:
Experience with vascular procedures such as bypass and amputations

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active Pennsylvania license required
DEA required
Minimum one year of vascular experience; surgical experience preferred but not required

Credentialing:
Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean file
