Job description

This locum tenens opportunity is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgery PA to work as a first assist in a high-acuity, hospital-based setting. You’ll be part of a dedicated vascular team providing operative coverage, inpatient rounding, and call support in a busy Level I trauma environment.

The role includes weekday OR coverage with 10-hour shifts, inpatient management, and required weekday and weekend call rotation. Daily responsibilities are split between first-assist cases and rounding on an active inpatient census. When on call, you’ll work directly alongside the vascular surgeon for operative coverage.

This assignment is ideal for a confident PA with vascular surgery and acute care experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced hospital setting and open to call responsibilities.
