Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Vascular Toledo, OH

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Vascular Surgery experience for a locum opportunity in Toledo, Ohio. This is a hospital-based inpatient position providing coverage across multiple facilities, caring for adult patients with 100% inpatient and emergency department consults. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with no call or weekend responsibilities. The provider will manage vascular surgery patients, perform inpatient evaluations and consultations, and document care using EPIC EMR. Candidates must hold an active Ohio license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and be Board Certified. Emergency privileges are available for qualified providers.

• Weekday Schedule Only – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with no call and no weekends.
• Hospital-Based Inpatient Practice – Care for adult vascular surgery patients across multiple hospitals, handling 100% inpatient and ER consults using EPIC EMR.
• Maternity Leave Coverage – Assignment runs July 13 through November 13, 2026, with emergency privileges available and preference for local candidates.
