Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Vascular

Job Details:

• Coverage dates: 7/13/2026 - 11/13/2026, working 4-5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Covering maternity leave for one provider position
• Practice setting is 100% inpatient and/or ER consults across multiple facilities
• Average of 12-15 patients per day in an adult patient population
• Facilities include Level 1 trauma and community-based hospitals
• No call coverage or weekend requirements
• EMR/Documentation system is EPIC
• Active Ohio (OH) license required
• Board Certification required
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications required
• Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date
• Local candidates preferred
• Malpractice settlements reviewed on a case-by-case basis
