Vascular Surgery APP
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7am - 7pm
Night Shift: 7pm - 7am
**We are looking for a locum who is able to fill in our gaps where needed. We prefer a blocked schedule but flexible for the right provider

Call requirement: Yes

Patient demographics: Adults

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing Timeframe-
-Standard Credentialing- 90 days
-Expedited Cred process: 30 days
