🚨 Vascular Surgery APP Locum Opportunity – Springfield, OR

📍 Springfield, OR
📅 Start: October / ASAP
📋 Assignment: 13 weeks, PRN coverage
👩‍⚕️ Specialty: Vascular Surgery APP (NP/PA)
🏥 Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
💻 EMR: Epic

Schedule & Call:

* 12-hour call shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
* 24-hour weekday call: 7 AM–7 AM
* 24-hour weekend call available
* Approximately 6 call shifts per month
* Clinic hours: 8 AM–4:30 PM
* Providers starting at 7 AM will report on-site for handoff, rounding, etc.
* Night coverage is beeper call

Current Coverage Needs:

* October: 3, 4
* November: 5, 25, 26, 27
* December: 12, 13, 16, 24, 28, 31

Clinical Details:

* Vascular/Endovascular patient population
* Approximately 15–20 patients per day
* Rounding and admissions
* First assist in the OR
* Assist with in-clinic procedures
* Provider will work alongside an MD/DO
* 36 inpatient beds

Requirements:

* BLS & ACLS
* Recent Vascular/Surgical experience
* Surgical case logs from the previous 24 months required
* First-assist training and competency documentation required
* Oregon license preferred for October/November coverage
* Will consider providers needing an OR license for later dates
* Credentialing documentation must demonstrate recent clinical activity within the requested scope of privileges
