Specialty: Vascular Surgery APP - NP
Shift Details: Wednesday 10 hours
Schedule: every other week

Work Details:
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every other week, just Wednesday
· Patient Population/Age: 18+
· Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day
· Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
· Special Procedures: bypass amputations
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of vascular (if no surgical experience that is ok)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file

Drive in candidates preferred, may look at providers needing travel
