Vascular Surgery APP Need in Lebanon, PA!

Job description

Schedule: 2 weeks per month, 5 10s (7A-5P). We have specific dates of coverage needed I can provide upon request.

Patient Population: 18 plus

Responsibilities: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma. 15 patients per day, including 2 consults.

EMR: EPIC

Requirements: Minimum of 1 recent (within the last 24 months) of Vascular. Prefer surgical experience but not required. Must have an active PA license.

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No Call
