Job description

I’m reaching out about a Vascular Surgery APP locum opportunity available in Lebanon, PA. This is a structured block schedule with consistent monthly coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• 10-hour shifts (7:00am – 5:00pm)
• ~2 weeks per month
• Block dates available June through September

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital
• Mix of clinic, rounds, and consults
• ~15 patients per day + consults
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible PA
• Active PA license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year vascular experience

Credentialing:
• Approximately 90 days (temps available for clean files)
