Job description

Cardiothoracic Surgery PA locum opportunity in Memphis, TN available. This is a high-acuity inpatient role with surgical assist and call responsibilities.

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• Assignment through December 2026
• Scheduled clinical hours + 24-hour call
• Schedule TBD

Practice:
• Inpatient cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery service
• ~10 patients per shift
• Surgical assist and perioperative management
• CABG, valve procedures, EVH, sternotomy closure, CV ICU support, and line placement
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certified Physician Assistant
• Active TN license (licensing not available)
• ACLS required
• Strong cardiothoracic surgery experience required
• EVH and open-heart surgery experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60–90 days (temp privileges available)
