Surgery Vascular PA, Needed in Wisconsin:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Flexible
Schedule: 5 Days, 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
- Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 2 weeks/month
- Frequency of any Call needed: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
Job Details: Angioplasty and stenting, carotid endarterectomy, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, venous bypass, EVAR, AV fistulas, PAD, varicose vein treatment, bypass grafting, thrombectomy

Wisconsin State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
