Vascular Surgeon Needed in GA (Will license)

Covington, GA

Assignment Dates: March 1, 2027 – June 30, 2027
Assignment Length: 16 weeks (maternity leave coverage)

Schedule:

Call only

24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

8 shifts per month

Weekday versus weekend call schedule is still to be determined

Requirements:

Board certification required

Minimum of 5 years of experience

Active Georgia license preferred; IMLC-eligible providers will be considered

ACLS required

DEA required

Provider name and NPI required for clearance

Clinical Details:

Patient Population: Adults

Average Volume: 0–3 cases per day

Procedures include standard open and endovascular vascular surgery, including:

EVAR

TEVAR

Lower extremity ischemia

Facility Details:

Hospital Beds: 175

Support Staff: 3 surgeons and 3 APPs

EMR: Epic

Credentialing:

Estimated timeframe: 120 days

Travel and Lodging:

Flight

Rental car

Hotel
