Vascular Surgery Locums Opportunity in CA – Trauma Call Coverage

Job description

Opportunity Details:

Location: California

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Ongoing

Schedule: Approximately 2 weekends/month + 3 weeknights/week (50% nights, 50% weekends)

Minimum: 4 shifts per month required

Work Details:

Patient census fluctuates (typically busier in summer)

Level 1 Trauma Center

EMR: EPIC

Focus on vascular trauma and open vascular surgery

Call-based coverage

Requirements:

BE or BC in Vascular Surgery

Active CA license required

CA DEA required

Fluoroscopy certification REQUIRED

ACLS required

Experience with vascular trauma call required

Must have Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience (Level 1 strongly preferred)
