We are seeking a Vascular Surgery MD/DO for an ongoing assignment in Oakland, California.

Start Date: July 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Combination of weeknight and weekend coverage; approximately 2 weekends per month and 3 weeknights per week
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Level I trauma center coverage
• Must be comfortable with vascular trauma and open surgery
• Coverage includes ~50% weeknights and 50% weekends
• Minimum 4 shifts per month required
• Census fluctuates, higher volume during summer months
License: Active California License Required
Requirements:
• Board Certified only
• Level I or II trauma experience required (Level I strongly preferred)
• Must have experience with vascular trauma call
• Must be comfortable with vascular and open surgical cases
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• ACLS required
• California DEA required
Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days
