Job description
Start: January 1, 2027 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks (locums to perm opportunity)
Coverage: Full-time outpatient vascular surgery, 100% outpatient
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00-17:00 (Standard 5, 10-hour days)
Call: No call
Volume: 6-10 dialysis access procedures per day
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
Procedures: Dialysis access procedures including catheters, declots, and fistulagrams
Support Staff: Rad techs, nurses, and medical assistants
EMR: Advanced MD
Outpatient vascular surgery evaluations and procedural care
Dialysis access creation, maintenance, and revision
Catheter placement, declots, and fistulagrams
Timely documentation in Advanced MD
Requirements
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
California license and DEA required (open to licensure)
Comfortable with high-volume outpatient dialysis access work
7:00-17:00, Monday through Friday
No call requirement
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 2 weeks
