California Vascular Surgery Locums - Night & Weekend Beeper Call

Aya Locums is recruiting a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon for ongoing night and weekend call coverage in the bay area of California beginning November 16.

This is beeper call coverage within a Level I trauma center. Weeknight coverage runs approximately 5 PM-7 AM, while weekend coverage consists of 24-hour call from 7 AM-7 AM. The overall need includes weekday nights and approximately two weekends per month, with individual surgeons asked to provide a minimum of four shifts per month.

The surgeon should have meaningful vascular trauma call experience, be comfortable with open vascular surgery, and have recent Level I or Level II trauma experience. Level I trauma experience is strongly preferred.

An active California medical license and California DEA are required, along with ACLS and fluoroscopy certification. Credentialing is expected to take approximately 90-120 days.
