Vascular Surgery opportunity available in California
Coverage Type: Hospital-based trauma call coverage
Schedule: Weeknight and weekend coverage; approximately 2 weekends per month and 3 weeknights per week
Additional Details:
Providers must be willing to cover a minimum of 4 shifts per month
Level I Trauma Center
Patient census fluctuates and is generally busier during the summer
Must be comfortable and experienced in Vascular Trauma Surgery
Must have experience with vascular trauma call
Must be comfortable performing vascular and open surgery
Epic EMR
Licensure: Active California medical license and California DEA required
Requirements: Board certified in Vascular Surgery; 4–5 years of Vascular Surgery experience required, including fellowship training if applicable
Trauma Experience: Level I or Level II Trauma experience required; Level I experience strongly preferred
Certifications: Fluoroscopy certification and ACLS required
