VASCULAR SURGEON – LOCUM OPPORTUNITY

✓ Start: October 2026
✓ Initial Coverage: October 7–11
✓ Ongoing Coverage: January 2027 onward
✓ Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
✓ Average: 10–12 call days/month
✓ Setting: Level II Trauma
✓ Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
✓ Beds: 250
✓ EMR: Epic

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
✓ Active CO license OR IMLC with LOQ in hand
✓ Active DEA highly preferred
✓ Abdominal open/endovascular experience
✓ Clean malpractice/background
✓ Must be available for listed October coverage dates
✓ Must disclose ongoing monthly availability
