Vascular Surgery Locums | ASC Procedural Coverage 1-2 Days/Month | Tampa, FL | RFA, Varithena, GAE

Job description

Start: September 28, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 26 weeks, ongoing with extension potential
Coverage: Ambulatory surgery center procedural coverage
Schedule: Approximately 1-2 days per month, roughly 4-8 hours per day with a morning start (standard template 8:00-14:00)
Call: No call
Volume: Procedural case volume varies by scheduled day
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Procedures: RFA, Varithena, GAE

Perform outpatient vein and embolization procedures in an ASC environment
Independently manage RFA, Varithena, and GAE cases
Pre- and post-procedure evaluation for scheduled patients
Timely documentation per site workflow

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Active Florida license required
Must be independently proficient in RFA, Varithena, and GAE
Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-45 days
Local or regional candidates preferred

Approximately 1-2 procedural days per month
Morning start, roughly 4-8 hours per shift
No call requirement
