Job description

Start: December 14, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Ambulatory surgery center vascular procedural coverage
Schedule: About 1 shift per month; approximately 4–6 hours with a morning start time
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Ambulatory surgery center
Procedures: Radiofrequency ablation (RFA), Varithena, and genicular artery embolization (GAE)

• Outpatient vascular procedures in an ASC setting
• Independent procedural practice

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active Florida license required
• Must be independently proficient in RFA, Varithena, and GAE
• Local Florida candidates only
• Credentialing: approximately 30–60 days
